PROJECT TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payment
All projects require a minimum – 50% deposit due prior to any work will be performed. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the project agreement is terminated by Whiplash Media. Any remaining payments due Whiplash Media for services rendered are due immediatley at completion of each project.

Time to Completion
Any estimated “time to completion” is given as an estimate only and begins the first business day after we receive all copy, data, descriptions, project assets plus order confirmation & deposit.
