PROJECT TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payment
All projects require a minimum - 50% deposit. Unused portions of a deposit may be returned upon written or email request. Cancelled projects will be calculated at the minimum hourly rate + and 3rd party charges. Balance of project payment is due at completion prior to installation.

Time to Completion
Any stated time to completion is given as an estimate only and begins the first business day after we receive all copy, data, descriptions, project assets plus order confirmation & deposit. This estimate is NOT a project deadline. If your project requires a specific project deadline date, please let us know prior to processing your order so that we can confirm. Not all deadline dates can be accepted. Additional charges may apply.
